What's included in your order
Your order includes the product and any components specifically stated in the product description.
Lifestyle and promotional images may include additional products, accessories, props or decorative elements for styling and illustration. These items are not included unless they are specifically listed as part of the product description.
Delivery & Lead Times
Estimated Delivery: 10–15 Business Days
Most orders are expected to arrive within 10–15 business days from confirmation of your order. Some orders may arrive sooner.
Products are sourced through our supplier and brand network and may require additional processing, manufacturing or preparation time before being dispatched to us and subsequently to you.
Additional supplier or manufacturer lead times will be added to the estimated delivery period where applicable. This is particularly important for custom-made, personalised or made-to-order products.
Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide and may be affected by supplier availability, manufacturing requirements, courier delays, public holidays or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Your specific product listing will contain any important additional lead-time information that applies to that item.
Returns & Refunds
We want you to receive your order in the condition, quality and specification you reasonably expect.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect or materially different from the product description, please contact us as soon as possible with your order details and supporting photographs or information where applicable. We will assess the matter and guide you through the applicable return, replacement, repair or refund process.
Returns, refunds and exchanges are subject to our Returns & Refunds Policy and applicable South African consumer law.
Certain products may have specific return conditions due to their nature, including personalised, customised, made-to-order, hygiene-sensitive or consumable products, where permitted by law.
For complete information, please refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy.
